Only what a quote request carries. When you submit the form on the contact page or the quote card on the home page, we record your name, business email address, phone number, country, company name, which service you selected and the project description you wrote. If you attach files, we also record their names and sizes, and a link to the folder they were uploaded into. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from anywhere else.
To answer your request. The details are used to scope the work, prepare a quotation, ask follow-up questions and — if you engage us — run the project. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database, readable only by signed-in Anode staff. Attached design files go to a Microsoft 365 OneDrive account belonging to Anode; the files are uploaded from your browser straight to Microsoft and are not kept on this website's servers.
Quote requests that do not become projects are kept for two years, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. Project records, including design files, are kept for as long as we support the design, and are deleted on request once support has ended.
Our hosting, database and file-storage providers process the data on our behalf under their own agreements. Beyond them, nothing leaves Anode unless you ask us to send it somewhere — to a fabricator or assembler, for example — or unless the law requires it.
Write to hello@anodehq.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no account to close and no newsletter to unsubscribe from; a deletion request removes the enquiry itself.
The material people send us is usually commercially sensitive long before it is personal. We treat an unsolicited brief as confidential by default and will sign your NDA before you send anything at all — ask, and it happens before the first file moves.
If what we collect or where it is stored changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes affecting requests already in our hands will be raised with the people who sent them.
Write to us and a person will answer — this is not a ticket queue.
