Capabilities
How we approach it.
Verification traced back to requirements
Every requirement carries a test that proves it and a result that records it. When an auditor or a customer asks how you know, the matrix answers in one page.
EMC pre-compliance before you book the chamber
Radiated and conducted emissions, ESD, EFT and surge exercised in-house. Problems found here are layout changes; the same problems found at an accredited lab are a rebooked slot and a schedule slip.
Environmental and reliability testing
Temperature cycling, humidity, vibration and mechanical shock to the profile your market demands, plus HALT-style margin discovery where the application justifies finding the limits early.
Functional test fixtures that scale
Bed-of-nails or pogo-pin fixtures with guided operator flow, per-unit pass/fail records, serial number capture and calibration data written to the device — designed so a contract manufacturer can run them unattended.
Test coverage measured, not assumed
We report what the fixture actually catches: net coverage, parametric limits and the failure modes it does not see, so the residual risk at your line is a number rather than an assumption.
Support through certification
Technical construction file inputs, test-house liaison, and the design changes that follow a finding. We stay engaged until the certificate is issued.
Compliance failures are rarely surprises in hindsight. They are the predictable consequence of decisions made months earlier in the stack-up, the I/O filtering or the grounding strategy — and they are cheapest to fix while those things are still editable.
Pre-compliance is a design activity
We probe the first prototype rather than the release candidate. A 3 dB margin problem found on revision A is a layout change; found on revision C it is tooling, inventory and a rebooked chamber slot.
Verification with a paper trail
Each requirement maps to a verification method, a procedure and a recorded result. This is unglamorous and it is exactly what a medical or industrial customer will ask to see.
Production test designed for the line, not the bench
A fixture that needs an engineer to interpret it does not belong in a factory. Ours give an unambiguous pass or fail, capture the serial number, write calibration constants, and log results in a form your quality team can query.
Coverage stated honestly
No functional test catches everything. We tell you what ours catches and what it does not, so you can decide where to spend the next increment of test effort.

Common questions
Can you take a project from a napkin sketch through to production?
Yes — that is the common case. Discovery turns the concept into a written specification, and we carry it through schematic, layout, firmware, prototyping, compliance and manufacturing transfer. You can also join at any single stage if you already have work in progress.
Do we own the design files at the end?
Always, and without negotiation. You receive the Altium or KiCad source project, firmware repositories, build systems, test procedures and manufacturing data. There is no scenario where you need us in order to build your own product.
Will you work with our existing manufacturer?
Yes. We review against their published capability rather than a generic rule set, and we handle the technical liaison during quoting, first article and ramp. If you would like an introduction to a manufacturer instead, we can evaluate options on like-for-like terms.
How do you handle NDAs and confidential work?
We sign your NDA before any technical discussion — sending your own is the fastest route. Roughly a third of our work is under confidentiality and does not appear in our case studies at all.
Have a board that needs designing?
Send us the constraints — schematic, mechanical envelope, volume, timeline. You will get a considered response from an engineer within one business day, not a brochure.
We reply within one business day, from an engineer.
